Product Engineering & MVP Development

A product team you can rent: discovery, design, engineering and the discipline to cut scope that is not earning its place.

What you get

  • Product discovery
  • MVP engineering
  • SaaS & multi-tenancy
  • UX & design systems
Overview

Why teams bring us in

Building a product is not the same as building software to a specification. The requirements are hypotheses, the roadmap changes, and the expensive mistakes happen in the first six weeks when nobody is watching closely enough.

Exubers provides the full product function — discovery, UX, architecture and engineering — with the willingness to tell you when a feature should not be built. We build MVPs designed to be extended, not thrown away, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms that survive their first hundred customers.

Capabilities

Inside our Product Development

Every engagement is scoped from this set. We do not sell all of it to everyone — we sell the parts that move your constraint.

Product discovery

User research, opportunity mapping and a scoped MVP defined by the riskiest assumption rather than the longest wish list.

MVP engineering

A launchable product in eight to sixteen weeks, built on foundations that will not need replacing at scale.

SaaS & multi-tenancy

Tenant isolation, subscription and entitlement models, onboarding flows and usage metering designed in from the start.

UX & design systems

Interface design and a component library so the tenth screen looks like the first without a redesign.

Product analytics

Event instrumentation, activation and retention funnels, and experiment infrastructure so decisions have evidence.

Scale-up engineering

Performance, reliability and cost work for products that found traction faster than their architecture expected.

How we work

A delivery sequence you can plan around

01

Discover

Two to three weeks converting the idea into a validated problem statement, a user journey and a scoped first release.

02

Prototype

Clickable prototypes tested with real users before engineering commits to the expensive parts.

03

Build

Iterative delivery with a usable increment every sprint and instrumentation from the first release.

04

Grow

Post-launch iteration driven by activation, retention and funnel data rather than opinion.

FAQ

Product Development questions, answered

The questions procurement and engineering ask us most often before an engagement starts.

How quickly can you deliver an MVP?

Most MVPs launch eight to sixteen weeks after discovery ends. The variable is scope discipline, not engineering speed — the fastest projects are the ones where we agreed early which features to leave out.

Do you provide product management and design, or only engineering?

Both. A product engagement includes discovery, UX design and product management alongside engineering. Many clients bring their own product owner and use us for design and delivery, which works equally well.

What happens after the MVP launches?

We instrument activation and retention from day one, then run iteration cycles against that data. Some clients keep us on as their product team, others transition to an internal team we help hire and onboard.

Will the MVP need to be rebuilt when it scales?

Not if it was built properly. We deliberately keep MVP scope small but the foundations sound — clean service boundaries, real database design, automated tests and infrastructure as code. Throwaway prototypes are cheaper up front and far more expensive by month nine.

Can you build mobile apps as well as web products?

Yes, using React Native or Flutter for cross-platform builds, or native development where the product genuinely requires it.
