DevOps Services & CI/CD Consulting

We turn slow, manual releases into automated, auditable pipelines — so your engineers ship several times a day without waking up at 3am.

What you get

  • CI/CD pipeline engineering
  • Infrastructure as code
  • Kubernetes platform engineering
  • DevSecOps & supply chain
Overview

Why teams bring us in

Most engineering teams do not have a tooling problem. They have a flow problem: environments drift, releases are hand-held, and nobody can say with confidence what is running in production. Exubers designs the delivery platform that removes that uncertainty.

We have built and deployed core CI/CD systems using Jenkins, SonarQube and JFrog Artifactory with deployment pipelines targeting multiple environments across on-premise and cloud. We have created entire infrastructure estates using infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Packer and Git, and implemented autoscaling so applications absorb peak load without a single manual intervention.

Capabilities

Inside our DevOps Services

Every engagement is scoped from this set. We do not sell all of it to everyone — we sell the parts that move your constraint.

CI/CD pipeline engineering

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and Azure DevOps pipelines with quality gates, artifact promotion and one-click rollback.

Infrastructure as code

Terraform and Packer modules with remote state, drift detection and reproducible environments from dev through production.

Kubernetes platform engineering

Cluster design, Helm charts, GitOps with Argo CD or Flux, autoscaling, and cost-aware node strategy.

DevSecOps & supply chain

SAST and dependency scanning, secrets management, signed artifacts, policy-as-code and audit-ready release evidence.

Release observability

Deployment metrics, DORA tracking, SLOs and alerting so delivery performance is measured, not guessed.

Legacy modernisation

Incremental containerisation and pipeline migration for teams still releasing from scripts, shared drives or a single build server.

How we work

A delivery sequence you can plan around

01

Assess

A two-week audit of your repositories, environments, build tooling and release ritual. You get a scored baseline against DORA metrics.

02

Design

A target delivery architecture: branching model, environment topology, pipeline stages, promotion rules and rollback strategy.

03

Build

We implement the pipelines and IaC modules alongside your team, in your repos, with documentation and runbooks as first-class deliverables.

04

Enable

Handover workshops, on-call runbooks and a 30-day hypercare window so the platform belongs to your engineers, not to us.

FAQ

DevOps Services questions, answered

The questions procurement and engineering ask us most often before an engagement starts.

What does a DevOps consulting engagement with Exubers actually include?

It starts with a delivery audit covering source control, build tooling, environments, testing and release process. From there we design the target pipeline architecture and implement it with your team — CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, container platform, secrets handling and observability — finishing with runbooks and a handover period so your engineers own it.

How long does it take to set up a production-grade CI/CD pipeline?

A single service typically moves to a fully automated pipeline in three to four weeks. A platform covering many services, multiple environments and compliance gates usually runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on how much of the estate is legacy.

Do you work with on-premise infrastructure or only cloud?

Both. We have delivered pipelines that target on-premise data centres, public cloud and hybrid estates from the same promotion flow, which is a common requirement in regulated and telecom environments.

Which cloud providers do you support for DevOps work?

AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Our Terraform modules and Kubernetes patterns are written so the delivery model stays consistent even when the underlying provider differs.

Can you work inside our existing tooling instead of replacing it?

Yes, and that is usually the cheaper answer. If Jenkins is already embedded, we modernise it rather than migrate for its own sake. We only recommend replacing tooling when the cost of keeping it clearly exceeds the cost of moving.

How do you measure whether the DevOps work succeeded?

Against the four DORA metrics — deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate and time to restore service — measured before the engagement and tracked continuously afterwards.
